I paid a few thousand less than that for a white A/C 2015 with 6800 miles back in July of this year. They were advertising around 45k also. Good luck and you won't regret it if you decide to purchase it.
End of Month and End of Year is the best time to buy a car IMO. I was able to snag a really clean low mile used Mercedes around this time last year for a lot less than they were asking and under trade-in value. Ended up selling it to another dealer several months later for a few thousand more than I purchased it. Long story short... deals are to be had EOM/EOY
