I've used them on several of my daily driven cars. They work really well on dry pavement (street use), and they even work pretty well in the rain when they're new.
But a word of caution.
Once they start to wear down, they become pretty slippery in the rain. They can also hydroplane in the rain at higher speeds 65-75mph. So you need to be extra careful when driving in the rain once they become a little worn down.
