At the end of the day it's a Car meant to be driven and your Z will be another dude's Z in 5-10 years.
Wake up holmes. Be smart with your money. Don't get wrapped up in all the stuff that our society throws at you.
Also, those rock guards stick out. Imagine the gas mileage hit? If GM engineers wanted guard then they would have added them.
