Through Sept. GM had produced 52,834 Camaros. The Oshawa plant is working 6 days a week (Mon-Sat). In September they produced 378 cars per working day (25 days). That average is very close to what we should expect. As backup I saw that during Jul-Sept the plant producted 328, 427, and 378 Camaros. If you avg those you get 378 a day. Sounds like a good number to use!
In October we can throw out the first two Sundays (4th, 11th), and eliminate the Holidays (9th, 10th, 12th). That means that 10/19 will be the 13th working day of the month, and 10/24 (end of work week) will be the 18th day. So ...., using an average of 378 cars/day we should have VIN numbers between 57,748 and 59,638.
