NPCJ5M. Hey Viz, can you give me an update, Thanks man.

This question goes out to anyone who might be able to help me. The bank needs me to give them a purchase order and a Vin# before I can fill out my loan application. How do I know when the car gets a Vin# or is this something the Dealer I ordered it from should know and contact me as soon as the car gets one? Thanks for your help.
