Chrisock have you called your dealer? My wifes car arrived Thursday this past week. I called the manager of our store Red River Motor here in Shreveport and he sent for it and a independent truck driver with his wife was dispatched to bring us the car Sat so she could take pictures of it getting off of the trailer and at least see it. We couldnt take it however that day because the service department is closed and they wont let a car go out without inspection and service. So we pick it up today at 4:00. Good luck! I would call your dealer.
