I'm glad your dealer is involved and I hope he can get it figured out for you. What me and my husband have done throughout this whole process is use Viz and CamaroTracking to sort of verify what our dealer is telling us. Its stressful enough going through this whole process but it has helped to have other places we could go to to verify the information we have been getting. I don't know if you checked either of these for verification but it might help to catch a discrepancy if there is one. Even one number off on any of these could have you going in a wrong direction.
I'm feeling your stress with you, it would be making me crazy to see my car going in the wrong direction.
