Oh well, guess I'll figure it out one way or another haha...worst case I change my registration address to a family member in TX and just make the drive to the state line somewhere and get the inspection
I don't have an emissions tune, just a tune that was designed to pass PA inspections and optimize the car's performance. They have hooked my car up to the sniffer and it has passed. Now, I am not nearly as modified as you are with a stroker build. I am a full bolt on car for now, but I know others who are far more "built" than my car and still pass in PA.
