I went 10.33 at 131 SBE ls3 with one of our low lash cams, ported heads and still running ls3 manifold. I made 530s on that setup.
My current build is going to be carb style intake, ported heads, solid roller etc.. Looking for 600 rwhp range.

My friend jake over on LS1 tech just pushed a 346 to 540...... still with room on the table. You need to be meticulous to achieve extraordinary results. No offense. To unleash amazing power you have to touch more then just the motor. You need all the resistance in your transmission, differential, hubs etc gone. Do you have a vacuum pump, crank scraper, single belt on just the alternator, Electric water pump, intake to allow it go to 8k. Lots of things get looked over when it comes to chasing that horsepower number and nobody wants to invest the dollars for effort when you can just add cubic inches and achieve the same goal. 530 should be a decent head cam build on a LS3. Most people slap a cam and heads on one with headers and say its a good set up. You should get to almost 480-500 on a stock cam FBO and alternative fuel such as CHP+ Then when you stick that LLSR cam in and the glorious heads and ITB you should be in the ball park of 600.
