Are you guys tracking IAT's real time or are you just checking logs? I'm having a real problem with power loss here in Florida as well.

I have HP Tuners Pro on my laptop, so I'm watching real time and logging.

eLesThree, your iat's seem good. What blower and where is your intake filter?
It seems like your HX of doing a good job.
You friends don't seem that out of whack though.

The only cooler I have is the ESS Tuning Intercooler that comes with their SC kit. This intercooler is an absolute BEAST. I was worried when I picked it up, because it is soooo freaking heavy. I should have weighed it, but it's gotta be over 60#s. The centri is a Vortech V3Si. I have some logs from a recent dyno session where it was 95 degrees inside the dyno room, and I never went above 102 IAT. I'm very happy with mine.
But in comparison, my friends got the Stage 2 intercooler from Procharger and sees much higher temps. But it appears that its not terribly abnormal from what you guys are reporting.
Top on is mine in the 93 degree dyno room.
Bottom is his on the street. Disregard his afr, no wideband hooked up.
Not sure why is boost is only 4.5 on that 4th gear pull...
