It would also help to know how many people plan on staying to eat so that we can give the suspecting resturant a heads up. Can we put up a poll on how many would stay and eat? I can go to the locations and inform them of how many we have planned coming to see if they can support us.

Hi - unsure if SirBrad (as the originator of this thread) can amend it with a poll - he'll need to try "edit" to see if it gives him an option - if not then a new thread will need to be created with the poll data in it - that's what I did for the first meet options back in Sept.
