Agreed. They really need some new blood in their computer/infotainment departments it seems. They need people with experience in the consumer electronics arena; or at least younger employees with this mindset. They're extrememly stuck in the old ways of going to the dealer for everything. The problem is you have gearheads who don't understand computers and electronics trying to do these things when many consumers are much more qualified than their "trained" technicians to do the updates.
