where the diptstick goes into the tranny I can go up or along side the tub. It had to move because the harness was buttoned down right near where the tube enters the tranny. The problem for me is where that heat wrapped tubing which shares the same harness does not have enough length to get over the upper corner bolt of the transmission, even if I unsnap a holding clip that is in the back of the cylinder head. If you look at your original picture of the tube and transmission on the first page, the tube and upper passenger side of the transmission converge at that point. That is where I cannot push the harness over that upper passenger point so the tube cannot get closer to the transmission, the bracket would crush that separate wire. My harness seems shorter and that is causing the interference of the two. Short of pulling the starter to lengthen the wires or see if there might be some bundled up extra wire that will give me that extra inch or two to go up. I know the picture that I took doesn't show the best angle but I have moved it up and over as much as possible.
