Am just asking, why does anyone change their plugs on these cars?

After a certain point they corrode and lose material, even with iridium and platinum plugs. I replaced the original plugs on my Crown Victoria at 90,000 and they looked acceptable but were visibly worn with rounded edges from erosion. I'm not planning on touching the plugs on the camaro until they're due based on mileage.
