Thanks guys for the replies guys! Yeah I checked out the package on JRE and the scoop and the washer bottle relocate can be had as a kit for $160. The scoop by itself is like $55-$60 from what I'm seeing. Also, JRE states that there is an 8-10 rwhp increase on the dyno when being using with a high flow intake system.
