I just wanted point out that they had a reason to up their game, since many think they didn't have too. Yes they did. Doesn't matter if it was a limited run, you still want to stay close with the comp and damn I can't even recall all the Mustangs trying to race me when my 2005 GTO was brand new. Not to mention all the GT's I spanked. I really believe even though the GTO was a limited run, Ford answered the call to the 400 hp monster with the GT500 coming out with exactly 100 hp more then the GTO and LS2 C6. Kinda crazy that the LS2 was exactly 100hp more then the highest rateed stang and then the next new stang 5.4 was exactly 100 hp more then the LS2. I'm just saying.
