http://events.dominionraceway.com/hpdre/ ) is typically 10-12 grand a day depending on how many instructors and other staff are needed. A more common private event is to do a Track Attack intro deal like what we offer here every two weeks (
http://events.dominionraceway.com/trackattack/ ), that's typically $2500 for your group of up to 25 cars and only takes a few hours. Could also discuss a half-day TrackCross (
http://events.dominionraceway.com/trackcross/ ) which would be in the 5 to 6 thousand dollar range all in. Can add arrive & drive karting to this for $1000/hr (typically 2 races each for a group of your size) and add a lunch to this for around $15/head, not counting alcohol.
Easiest is to all just sign up for one of these existing events already, we have several every month. But if you want to do your own thing, we do those all the time, and there you have it at three different price levels depending on how fast you want to go & how much track time you want. Would require contract & deposit this fall for any of those choices once a date is decided. Thanks again & hope it helps,
