Check the fluid level switch with an ohm meter, it will either be closed or open. Then you need to figure out if it is a normally open or normally closed curcuit... You can also try poking/wiggling the float in the resevoir to see if it is hung up, also unplug the switch and check for corrosion on the terminals.
