The larger cams dont make that much more power than the smaller ones unless you do head work or switch to an aftermarket head with altered valve angles. The cam you have will work fine, its more important that its installed correctly and make sure you have ever bolt-on there is and pay attention to the details. Doing head work is a good idea, mill the heads to raise the compression as much as you can but still get good clearance. You are not going to make 500 rwhp with a automatic car sorry to tell ya.
