No, it's not my Z/28. Curiously enough, I also have Slowhawk cam job and long tube headers.

I know of only two other Z/28s in Massachusetts. One guy who tracks with me at Thompson speedway and the other is a white Z/28 that I saw in the Slowhawk shop when I first brought my car there for work. The owner had driven it directly from the showroom floor to Slowhawk to get the mods done. That must be the car that the OP bought. Surprised it only has 1,200 miles on it. The owner missed out on a lot of fun !
