Snoopy
Picked up my first American car earlier this year, even though my family has worked for Chevrolet for several generations. Very different driving experience from the usual front-wheel biased cars I've driven (Evos, Subies, Hondas). Still hesitant to push it on mountain roads as I have yet to understand how to approach corners. Usually on FWD, you drive the front end and just keep the rear behind it. Advice is greatly appreciated.
On to the car, Snoopy. Not sure if the guy I bought it from frequented here, but he's a prolific autoxer from Houston, and ran it in the One Lap last year. '14 1SS/RS 1LE with Recaros. He did the "ZL1" brakes (vette calipers) and Z28 springs/dampers. Quite the package. The car is now happily living in the Mojave desert.
