As to the polarized glasses, it doesn't really go away, it just filters out the blue (unless you have brown polarized maybe? I always got grey ones). try turning up the brightness, as I can usually see the green (though it washes out if I'm behind a white car)[/QUOTE]
Polarized does more than blue light. It only lets light pass that is hitting the lens at a certain angle. If you hold two up to each other and turn them 90 degrees they go black. Nothing passes. On my Boat electronics if I look at it with my head tilted the screen will go blank same with the HUD.
