Philosophical Question about the Customer Satisfaction Survey --

As many of you know it took just over 5 months to get my car, 4 months of that to get a Work bench Order Number from my dealer. (Dealer told me 6-8 weeks) While I have no proof, it most looks like the dealer had no allocation.

So today I get the survey, would it be wrong to fry the dealer for the mess I went through or cut them some slack since I am not 100% sure they were the only problem.

Thoughts?
