No I did it myself, just loosen off all the subframe mount bolts, put some extra jack stands under the subframe and just drop it like half to 1 inch or so, that's all you need to get the shims in.

Go round one bolt at a time fully removing the bolt, slipping the shim in the gap and refitting the bolt loosely.

Then once all the shims are in, retorque all the bolts to factory specs which will lift the subframe back into position, centralising on the tapered shim as it does!
