Hi All,
There are tons of threads out for upgrading the audio in the sixth generation Camaro. So I hope to achieve two things with this post, clarity so I can install mine with piece of mind, and hope with the information displayed it will help others easily commit the install worry free. This install the end result is to use the factory lines for the speakers, but add an after market amp to get better sound quality.

Installation
1. Get a layout of how you want the hardware to be sitting in your trunk, as you may need to remove studs that are sticking up from the floor.
2. Remove the black foam piece from your trunk, use a side grinder or dremel to remove any studs that will block you from installing the amplifier and line converter properly and clean.
3. Cut the harness in half like Diagram 1 states. Make sure to cut below the black connector so you are able to retain the black connectors wrapped in heat shrink for the longer length.
4. Connect the "Input" lines into your line converter to Pre-Amp RCAs
*** See Diagram 1 for breakdown of how to connect properly
** 1-4 are Positive, and 9-12 are Negative
* Left Front are wires 1 & 9, Right Front are wires 2 & 10, Left Rear are wires 3 & 11, and Right Rear are 4 & 12
5. Connect Pre-Amp RCAs from AudioControl LC6i to JBL Amp
6. Connect "Remote Line Out" from AudioControl LC6i to JBL Amp
7. Connect Power and Ground from the battery to JBL Amp, and run a smaller power wire to the AudioControl LC6i
8. Connect the "Output" lines to the JBL Amp. These are color coded and labeled for which speaker is witch.
9. Tune, and enjoy a sound system that is brought to life.
