Definitely remove and sheetrock or paint a light or nuetral color. The 70's has lef5 the building lol. My house was built in '84 and never really updated so I have now begun the planning/ pricing of updating my kitchen, master bathroom, and interior paint/window coverings and Holy chit that stuff gets pricey. Probably going to dump one of my cars to do a complete renovation. Maturing really sucks lol
