Without exception I use the tyre pressure one when I'm actually driving on circuit. My thinking being that it is the only real time display that might actually help prevent an accident. It's possible it might pick up a slow puncture before you felt it, it also gives you an indication of the rears starting to overheat and go over pressure towards the end of a longer stint. Just my 2p
