OP, ebay has some take off z/28 parts like the flares I see from time to time

I would think at the point the one was doing a reconstruction title of such a limited production vehicle there might be limitations to the extent of which "one" tries to use model specific pieces. If the only issue is the "clips" for the fender/bumper relative to the flares on an R-Title vehicle I would probably forgo as I am sure the is another solution to fit the flare on a standard bumper/fender even if that means recreating a similar clip or finding another ingenuitive way to mount them.
I say this as waiting around for another wrecked Z/28 and the chances of finding a salvageable fender that maintains these clips intact is probably some pretty low probabilities and to have the car finished in any reasonable time frame may not make sense. I did a reconstruction title on a 1996 Camaro SS (i.e. similar production numbers I think?) and to find an OEM hood and a single ZR1 wheel took well over a year and I think their part out rate is probably higher due to the lower sale prices of the LTSS car's back in the day.
Also very substantial side conversation but you didn't happen to be driving through Murrysville on Sunday October 7th? I saw a white Z/28 on 22.
