My dealer is a small town dealer, but sell lots of vettes and one Z/28, mine. I took it for one of my free oil changes and happened to stick my head in the garage. Their lift was too high to drive onto so they jacked the rear up using the differential to get it on the lift, which is a BIG no no on our cars. First and last oil change they did. In their defense all other service has been great. They just don't understand our cars' needs in some respects.
Do yourself a favor and change it yourself if you have any doubts about a dealer's service dept.
