+1 but to make it truly street legal, the full exhaust would need to be carb legal, and not move the factory catylitic converters.
The heads/cam/intake tune would probably get you well into the 500rwhp mark, add that 100 shot and you're there.
For Design,
A good aggressive cam swap, with a tune could easily get you to 500bhp.
Voiding the warranty is always a sticky issue. Technically a warranty can't be voided if the aftermarket part had nothing to do with the fault (i.e. they can't blame a bad tranny on a new set of mufflers or headers), but the burden of fighting that is on you if a dealer wants to make such a claim.
