A good aggressive cam swap, with a tune could easily get you to 500bhp.

Voiding the warranty is always a sticky issue. Technically a warranty can't be voided if the aftermarket part had nothing to do with the fault (i.e. they can't blame a bad tranny on a new set of mufflers or headers), but the burden of fighting that is on you if a dealer wants to make such a claim.
well if you plan on doing head,cams etc you might as well say you have no warranty because the dealer will blame your drivetrain issues on you mods.
