This... I have worked in dealerships for over 35 years. Any manufacturer is going to keep sending recall notices until the recall is done. They don't "give up." As long as the dealer shows the recall was done they are covered. So, as JerTM said, if you have a good relationship with the dealer you can ask if you can have the old blades back. I did and I got mine back and re-stalled them in the fobs when I got home. I know this particular fob recall seems a little extreme, but there are documented cases of customers that have ignored other, more dangerous recalls and people ended up losing their life because of it. This why they won't "give up" until the recall is complete.
