I'm in Pittsburgh,so we get snow/salt. But there are 60 degree days that are sprinkled throughout the winter... so if the roads are clean, no salt/water... cars get to sneak out probably once a month.
The way the weather is, I'm estimating the I won't put stabilizer in the fuel till the end of the month
