naw. just a bunch of misinformed people and overzealous officers. it'll cool down in a month
the fine is $193 for the first time....its not a new law. they're just nmo longer giving anyone the chance to return to stock, take to state referee, and then go back to balls out.
now you just pay the $193 and don't need to R&R your exhaust twice
