I've read about a patch that resets the parameters for the computer although thats supposed to be just a temporary fix.
BTW, i'm also seeing 'tube videos of the chain or chains being replaced without pulling the engine too. Someone with some garage skills should be able to replace it if they understand how to align everything. Very important since they are interference engines.
