Agree - just to be clear - unless its 70 degrees or warmer you can VERY easily crash the car on cold tires with all the systems on. It's an amazing streetable track tire and I've driven on it in temps from 22 - 90+ degrees and tracked it in temps 33 - 85 degrees; and even in wet track at 33 degrees so it's dooable but you can't be silly with the throttle. In sub 55 - 60 degrees the tire will never really never warm up enough on the street to hook; even at 55 - 60 degrees I can't get enough tire temp in auto x / circuit cross to make them anywhere near competitive.
A PS4S, R888R, RE71R, RE11 (or whatever the replacement is now) will be a much better "cold" street tire.
With all that said, it behaves on the street just like a trofeo. So if you know what you're getting into with Trofeos (and why) then this is a great choice. For circuit cross I'm considering a 325 R888R.
