Just my opinion, but the section width is the same on both the Michelin and Goodyear 285. The tread width is different due to the design I’d imagine.
I’d really only consider doing it if the plan was a 295/315 combo. I really don’t know what the threshold is on this car, but with all the elaborate systems we have that use wheel speed inputs (E-diff, PTM, launch control), I’d want to keep the front to rear height ratio as close to stock as possible.
