I’m leaking clutch fluid...

Over the summer I installed the stand alone reservoir for my clutch. That’s not where the issue is. I took the car out a couple days ago because the roads were rinsed of the salt. I drive maybe 60 miles and before I put the car away for probably another month, I decided to check the clutch fluid reservoir and it was dry. Started digging around today and checked the slave cylinder through the holes in the trans and stuck my fingers inside and everything was dry.

Then I moved to the engine bay, and the plastic piece that the two lines go into the fire wall, the top line being a rubber hose from the reservoir was dry. But the line under that which is a heard line that looks like it goes to the slave cylinder, was leaking right at the connection point.

Do anyone have any experience with this leaking? Is there an oring at the connection that’s perhaps gone bad? If I pull this line to fix it, will I have to bleed the clutch? Thanks In advanced guys.
