My PPF installer parnters with a detailer. The price on xpels site is the price I paid for the xpel installed, total. Shop PPF installers pricing in general and if they can or have a detailer who can buff the area 1st, to take out the peppering. PPF also hides small imperfections, like swirls. Having expel installed by a certified installer guarantees it for 10 yrs. Well worth it for that alone. Googling PPF woes, you'll see ppl consistently using the xpel warranty
