What is are some good Rotors I don't want to break the bank either on these.

I put Brembo brake pads since we have stock Brembo brakes, but my back pads squeak a lot and leave I believe dust rings on the rotors. The front ones do not. I feel they put the rear ones on wrong. Can someone help?
