Lol on the jitters, just remember you are bracket racing, you are looking for consistency on every run not a personal best on every run. Keep your time slips and make notes to compare each run, learn how to cut a good light and you’ll win many races on reaction times. The main thing is to have fun and not over think yourself, if the jitters are there just pre stage and take a deep breath stage and let it eat.
