Trans should be fine, just need to refill it following the correct fill up procedure(engine running, need to be at operating temp, level as possible, put through gears R/D/N back to park among other things). Once full following correct procedure, over filling a bit(0.5-1qts) usually helps during hard driving and seems to get rid of flaring.
If the lines to the radiator are leaking then the seals/oring may be damaged. Clips Or fittings may not be seated all the way....?
