Typically by 70k you'll be replacing the shocks if you haven't already, unless maybe almost all of your mileage was done on the highways. Maybe consider coilovers if the price is right (vs. new shocks + springs).
I like my BC Racing coilovers; springs are much stiffer compared to lowering springs and I don't have to worry as much about dinging my front end at times; I had Eibach springs before but I think the spring rate was way too low for this car and I would bottom out very easily/often.
