Since I've upped to the LSX427, I have these off the earlier LS3 setup: used GM SS Jet-Hot Extreme 2500 coated (flat red) exhaust manifolds (part numbers: 12611638 & 12611639) and Jet-Hot 1300 coated heat shields (black). Yes, there are scuffs and chips here and there, mostly on the bottom or rear parts to less noticeable (see pictures). Paid $255 for the new manifolds and $588 for the Jet-Hot. Willing to sell for half which is $425. You pay shipping.
