After reading all the posts on this, I believe the OP's location was Georgia. It's summer time and there's a ton of humidity in the air over there. Humidity will cause the car to run slower times. I'm in Arizona, and when it's humid (which isn't much) our times drop. Look at other factors outside of your vehicle.
