Maroon, I think you really worry a little too much about little things. I usually see most of your posts over the past year and you tend to let little things get to ya. You usually are pretty consistent with your times that you do run, except for a while back when the weather was insanely hot. You're doing fine for the few mods that you have.
Here though, and this is just an opinion, but I think you should put your passenger seat back in, and look more at rotational weight reduction like wheels, brakes, driveshaft, before you start gutting that nice car. Also, you really could use a converter if not a cam as well, if you have the means. Good luck, and it was only a .1 difference. They may not have prepped the track as good, someone may have dripped water on the track from the water box, theres just all kinds of questions you could ask, but I doubt that having your passenger seat out is the reason.
