Hi,

I read the other thread on Water Marks on Black Paint... didn't answer this question which I have though. I'm pretty confused as to why I even have water spots on my paint considering there is about 4 layers of wax on the car!

When you use Vinegar/Lemon Juice/etc (acid based product) on your cars paint:
a) does it diminish your clear coat? if so, how do you build it back up?
b) do you need to re-wash/re-wax after applying acid based product?
