Around here you would see something like that if it had been either a street racing or major drug bust impound car. My town has a modded Mitsubishi Eclipse GT that was used similar to this and for promotional stuff. They wound up putting giant D.A.R.E decals all over it though.

Oh man, D.A.R.E.!! Haven't heard about that I'm about 20 years. Lol. I found out this particular police Camaro was a Drug dealers car that was confiscated. So good call!! I agree it's cool to see.
