The guy was very attentive and they scheduled techs around my car's issue to be onsite today - so they are going to get right on it.
Told him maybe Hub ring, wheel bearing, wheel/tire, caliper possibly, steering column... told them about the supposed 'tire swap' the dealer initiated and still could not find the issue.
1045 local time yet and no verdict yet... more to come.

Hopefully, they will be able to figure it out. I'm betting that the Chevy dealer didn't actually swap the tires when they were diagnosing it though.
