Picked it up Oct. 18, with 67xx miles on the clock. I've been casually looking for a Corvette for the past couple years, then this beauty showed up on Autotrader or CarGurus. The yellow caught my eye, as I had a '74 in yellow back in the day. It was local so I HAD to go look at it. There is a chip in the driver's door handle; otherwise, the paint is damn near flawless.
There is a Roto-Fab CAI, and the sales dude said a pulley had been replaced. He didn't know which pulley (upper vs. lower) so I will have to look into that.
Brought it to my local indy shop for an oil change and the once-over. Everything checked out, so I'm happy - and relieved. It's a bit of a gamble when buying a car like this.
Unfortunately, being in Minnesota, it's in the garage until April. But I can still go out a drool and start saving my pennies for new rubber.
Here's my first yellow and my latest, some 43 years later.
